Our Place, Your Place
We operate all year. Our rooms have all been designed to give our guests that feeling of home, not some cold sterile environment. To make sure as many needs are catered for, we have extra pillows and blankets, electric blankets, heating and spa towels. All the rooms have their own outdoor area, tea and coffee-making facilities and supplies, so you'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay, including free WiFi.
We have 3 unique rooms and a tenting experience (operating during the summer months only). All have private access, are quiet, with everything to make your stay comfortable. If your booking includes the continental breakfast, it is provided in your room for you to enjoy at your leisure. Gluten free options are available upon request.
Queen Room
Comfortable, quiet, and private. The queen suite has its own private entry which allows you to come and go as you please. The room is fully air-conditioned, has a queen-size bed, table and chairs, TV, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, small fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities and supplies. There is a microwave, toaster and kettle in this room. There is a small patio and seating area at the entry for you to enjoy. Your room has a private bathroom, toiletries and towels are provided.

Studio Unit
Comfortable, quiet and private. The Studio Unit has its own private entry which allows you to come and go as you please. The room has a queen-size bed, table and chairs, TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and tea and coffee-making facilities and supplies. There is a kitchenette and microwave. There is a small patio and seating area at the entry for you to enjoy. Your room has a private bathroom, toiletries and towels are provided. There are 2 fold-out sofa beds for up to 3 extra quests.

1-Bedroom Family Studio
Comfortable, quiet and private. The family room has its own private entry which allows you to come and go as you please. The room has a queen-size bed in the main area, table and chairs, TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs, full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and tea and coffee-making facilities and supplies. There is a full kitchen. There is a small patio and seating area at the entry for you to enjoy. A private bathroom, toiletries and towels etc are provided. In the separate bedroom there is an additional queen-size bed with a king single over the top.

Tent
Ever thought about camping but not sure and don't want to spend a fortune on tents and anything else you might need? Then our Union Street Camping Experience is just the ticket. The tent fits atop our Chevy ute so you're not sleeping on the ground, easier if you've got old bones like we do. The bed has a memory foam mattress, high enough to stand up, with easy access stairs. You'll have your own private area for dining and relaxing, the walls can easily be put up and taken down for extra privacy or warmth if there happens to be a cool summer breeze. Completely private, with a separate covered-in area with a sink and a full-size fridge/freezer, hot shower, portable environmentally friendly toilet, BBQ, plus so much more.
